Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to our store! We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our shipping guidelines below to understand how we process and deliver your favorite outfits.

1. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional convenience fee of ₹50 is applicable on all COD orders, regardless of the order value.

2. Delivery Timelines

We process and dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).

Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.

Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.

Remote Areas: 7 to 10 business days depending on the accessibility of the pin code and our courier partners.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. Unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather, public holidays, or logistical disruptions might cause slight delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to our delivery partner, we will send you a confirmation email and SMS containing a unique Tracking ID and a link. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your package.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

Please ensure you enter a valid mobile number and pin code while choosing the COD option.

A confirmation call or WhatsApp message may be sent to verify your address before we dispatch COD orders.

Our delivery agents have strict limits on the cash amounts they can collect. If your order value is exceptionally high, COD might not be available, and you will be requested to pay via digital UPI/Cards.

Open delivery (opening the package before paying) is not allowed. The payment must be handed over to the courier partner before accepting the package.

5. Non-Serviceable Pin Codes & Delivery Failures

Our courier partners cover most pin codes in India. However, if your address falls under a non-serviceable zone, our customer support team will contact you to find an alternative address or cancel the order with a full refund (for prepaid orders).

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times before returning it to our warehouse. Please ensure you provide an accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number to prevent delivery failures.

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you notice that the outer packaging is damaged, torn, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package. Take a photo or video of the damaged box, reject the delivery, and contact our Customer Support immediately so we can send you a replacement.
